Delete your PoreIQ account
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open PoreIQ and tap the profile icon.
- Tap Account & Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (email and password, or your Sign in with Apple link, which we also revoke with Apple).
- All face photos and skin reports.
- All products, product photos, ingredient analyses and compatibility checks.
- All routines and progress.
Server security logs that may contain your IP address are automatically deleted within 30 days.
Can't access the app?
Email support@poreiq.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my PoreIQ account". We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
